Though she's probably still recovering from Monday night's Met Gala, Anna Wintour showed no sign of fatigue as she wittily took on Stephen Colbert on the Colbert Report. The editrix was on hand to celebrate the museum's new Schiaparelli and Prada exhibit, but she also managed to soften a bit, poking fun at Stephen's accidental fashion. The result of the interview was Anna's re-emphasized support of Obama, saying "there were tears in the office of Vogue in support of gay marriage," (same here, still gushing!), her obvious declaration that fashion is art and expression, and a dinner plan with Stephen at Long John Silver's, after he asked her how long it's been since she's thrown on pajamas and stuffed her face with batter-fried shrimp. "It's been a while...it's a date," she replies. Man, if we could have that Harry Potter invisible cloak for just one day...
Check out the video below for more Anna quips including when she tells Colbert The Devil Wears Prada was "so last year."
