To get the look, keep the brows light by just brushing them up with a brow gel. Choose a shimmery lilac cream shadow, and paint the whole eyelid and past the outside corner. Bring the cream shadow just below the inner corner, too. Follow with a bright-purple eyeshadow to create a dense yet matte finish. If you want to get playful, draw sparkly purple dots on top of the shadow using a glittery liquid eyeliner or shadow. Finish your cheeks with a bright-coral cream blush, and color in your lips with a matching lip gloss.
