Elettra has been a fashion model for over 10 years, shot by top photographers including Bruce Weber, Karl Lagerfeld, Patrick Demarchelier, Annie Leibovitz, Arthur Elgort, Mario Testino, Craig McDean, Nick Knight, Solve Sunsbo, Mikale Janssen, and Peter Beard. Elettra received her Masters degree (MSc) from the London School of Economics (LSE) in Biomedicine. Her MSc dissertation was an analysis of a biotech proposal known as Vertical Farming and the future of feeding urban populations in light of climate change. Her studies ignited a passion for food and her food blog, Impatient Foodie, is where she tries to figure out how to be the best cook she can be while battling her severe lack of patience and goldfish attention span.
