How To Make Your Bathroom A Beautiful Sanctuary

More often than not, our clients are interested in revamping rooms that aren't the bathroom. We get it  — it's hard to change much in a tiny rental bathroom when the areas you use for entertaining or sleeping seem paramount.
So, when Miki reached out to us in hopes of bringing her bathroom up to par, we were excited. The bathroom was previously covered in blue-and-green tiles that surrounded an old, low, built-in tub, and it featured cabinetry that was on the verge of falling apart. The possibilities were endless: new tile, new shower curtain, new hardware, new color scheme, new tub? Miki and her Homepolish designer, Sandie Tsai, revamped all of it. Everything. Sandie even echoed the pre-war building’s traditional details with brass hardware and black-and-white tiling.
One of Sandie’s favorite ideas was to paint the window frame from white to black, drawing the eyes up and balancing out the black floor tiles. Flip through the slideshow to see the details and read her tips.
