Beach Bound! Here’s Everything You Need For A Sun-Filled Run To The Coast

Eighty degrees at 8 a.m., haze on the horizon — yep, it’s gonna be a scorcher. There’s only one thing for it: A day-long escape to the coast where — if you can’t find relief from the heat — you can at least work on your tan, see some chiseled bods, and wriggle your feet in the sand.
