SoCal and Miami — they're both breezy, sunny, surf-friendly locales with specific styles all their own. Can we really say we dig one more than the other? No, not truly — we love 'em both. Still, there's nothing wrong with a little fun, friendly competition now and again.

With nothing up for stake but bragging rights and local pride, we enlisted two beautiful bloggers from opposite coasts in a cross-country showdown we call the CityStyle Challenge. Fun, right? Today, you'll meet our two online stars, as they create two very different takes on the ideal, beach-bound outfit that's both sweet and easy. Naturally, we wanted to set up this little game with a level playing field, so we've supplied the ladies with the same chic pieces from our partner in style, A|X Armani Exchange.
