Camilla Staerk’s Flirty Anthropologie Capsule Collection Is Worth A Peek

Camilla Staerk, the New York-based Dane with a dark sense of femininity, tends to keep a low profile. Sure, she has grand plans that involve teaming up The Raveonettes with the Royal Danish Ballet (to release her last collection), as well as having her own interiors line and a Gen Art award under her belt, but when a fashion geek thinks of accessible, large-scale collabs, Camilla's name isn't the most obvious choice. Which may be why her just-released capsule collection — Edith 11 — for Anthropologie is such a pleasant and refreshingly dainty, surprise.
Instead of going for her trademark Twiggy-gone-goth extremism, Staerk has produced an eight-piece collection of dainty, exquisite undergarments. From '20s-inspired crepe shorts to high-waisted shapewear, Edith 11 demonstrates Staerk's versatility. The full-length chemises in sheer fabrics are dreamy and perfect for lounging without sacrificing her signature downtown edge, and the slips are elegant and streamlined enough that you'll be tempted to wear them on their own (don't.).
