Color Us Impressed: An R29 Reader Wins A Night Out In Vegas

Just as last year was drawing to a close, we challenged you — our brave, stylish readers — to a fashion face-off: Whoever could supply the best example of club-hopping, night-out sartorial excellence would win a free party, courtesy of yours truly and our friends at Hpnotiq.

While the entries were impressive, only one shot — taken by Ms. Julie Khuu of Orange County, California — truly won our hearts. Just look at how she wrangled a bunch of her BFFs into this completely color-coordinated collection of cocktail dresses. Do they look a pack of sassy crayons, or what?

For this human reenactment of the color spectrum, Julie won a bash thrown in her honor at Las Vegas' bangin' LAVO club (stocked with plenty of delicious Hpnotiq, natch) with 10 of her pals. As you can see in our gallery of of party shots, Julie and the girls may have traded in their group-rainbow look for a bevy of LBDs, but that didn't make their night of dancing, drinks, and luxury any less colorful. Love the boas, ladies.
