When it comes to beautiful clothing with a serrated edge, Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs from Cushnie et Ochs seem to nail it on the head. With a first collection debuting in 2009, the Parson graduates-cum-entrepreneurs excel at mating severe, collared shirts with soft and sensual draping for their spring collection. Swathing their models in mostly black and white fabrics, the looks exude a somewhat twisted fantasy while managing to pull off the ever-difficult virginal white. Peeps of tomboyish lace and accordion pleats are evident, while their floral sheaths manage to be the staple romantic piece of the collection, in addition to dripping pearl necklaces.
