We've known Frances Kwon (and, of course, her amazing style blog, Pink Horrorshow) since she was just a wee lil' thing kicking around the Internet. Now just look at her. Kwon is a business unto herself, schooling her leagues of followers on the finer points of fashion, living, beauty, and more from the comfort of her beautiful Flatiron-area apartment. Quite the life, right?
Well, we asked her to spin a few lessons for you folks. First off, we wanted to get in deep on this whole Flatiron business. We mean, we're familiar with the Ace Hotel, but we could use a little help seeing NYC the way she does. Secondly, we wanted an assist on replicating her whole chic, effortless, "oh-this-old-thing?" look.

It's a look into her charmed life, along with a primer on what she thinks will be trending in the coming months and how to anchor your looks with a bit of help from the right Clarks boots.
