The term "airbrushing" can leave a bad taste in your mouth, but that was definitely not the case last week. In fact, we cohosted a fun and fashionable fete with Gap Styld.by,
FADER, Eater, and a handful of our BFFs that was chock-full of — you guessed it — airbrushing.
We took over Gap's Herald Square store on Thursday and transformed the space into a concert hall, airbrushing station, and ice-cream parlor. Guests got their Gap tees sprayed with some R29-approved designs, received 30% off the brand's wares, rocked out to tunes from Saul Williams, tweeted up a storm on Mashable's Mashforce Tweet Wall, and noshed on treats from OddFellows Ice Cream Co. Hey, not to pat ourselves on the backs here, but the party was so rad that even Williams couldn't take the heat and took off his shirt.
But, don't feel bad if you missed it. We caught every moment — all of 'em — on camera in the gallery ahead.
