For Leah Park, the CEO of the luxury fashion consignment site Vaunte, chic isn’t just a word — it’s a way of life. Fittingly, her one-bedroom New York City apartment takes glamour to a whole new level. It’s a jewel box in the best way: black furnishings, amazing chandeliers, and glossy lacquered walls. “I wanted to enter the house and feel like I had my own lush boudoir,” Park said.

“The inspiration was Kiki de Montparnasse’s New York City boutique, with rich plum and black colors, gorgeous lighting, and a modern edge.” To make this fantasy a reality, Park called upon William Cooper, the creative director of design firm ASH NYC, who brought in a punk vibe (and a fabulously witty piece of art) that perfectly completes the stunning picture.
