Gr.Dano Channels Hollywood Glam In Its Latest Lookbook

As much as we lament the calendar change, we do have to say that style-related tidbits really brighten up the end-of-summer blues. Thankfully, we’ve stumbled upon another fresh, fashion pick-me-up in the form of a glossy new lookbook by locally lauded label Gr.Dano. The husband-and-wife design duo, Jill Giordano and Brian Scheyer, set their sights on West Coast glitz this time around — crafting sleek, architectural, modern looks that hit the mark … tenfold.

The two were also completely captivated with the business sense and standout style of Fred Hayman aka “Mr. Rodeo Drive.” His character, fused with the hallmarks of old-school L.A. luxe, lent the couple inspiration for the spring '13 collection. “We were enamored by the black and white photographs of West Coast glamour and Mr. Hayman's drive, charm, showmanship, and most of all his revolutionary and business style,” says Scheyer.
