The hardest part about eating at an amazing restaurant is deciding what to order (well, besides splitting up the check). With the Harding Dinner Series, you don’t have to worry about such trivial problems as "choice" and "courses." This pop-up foodie event features a night of 20 different dishes made by Miami’s top chefs from Chow Down Grill and Gastropod. Yes, that’s 2-0, 20 delectable tastes to form a dining experience unlike any other. As a part of collaboration between Joshua Marcus and John Donovan (of Chow Down and Surfside) with Gastropod's Jeremiah Bullfrog, these dinners à la carte aim to pack as much flavor as they can in one sitting.

The selections will include a medley of experimental dishes from lamb belly with cauliflower shavings to Cancha duck pastrami with mustard seed caviar, all cooked by Bullfrog (who is known for his imaginative dishes). Each seating serves 22 people, and there are two seatings a night throughout this seven-day event. Reservation-only spaces are $79, which is honestly a deal with so much food coming your way. With fast dishes and intimate seating, you'll certainly have tasted plenty of new things — and experience tons of new people, too. Tickets, $75.
