RAWR! Illesteva’s Fierce Animal Print Shades Are Not Scaring Us

There's nothing we love more than a new pair of shades. After all, not only are they stylish, but they're accessories that we actually, you know, use. And, buying a pair lets us live out our summer's-never-over fantasy. Never a line to disappoint us with their selection, Illesteva's just come out with a brand-new leopard print line of sunnies, and we're calling them the cat's meow (sorry, we had to!).

The designer behind the goods (and CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist) was inspired by African wildlife — each pair is coated in an animal print design made of acetate (perhaps some cheetah spots will be your new thing....or are you more of a leopard gal?). But, don't sweat, they're not soo wild that you'll feel all Cruella de Vil. Nope, these are a perfect way to get a little grrr without upsetting our buds at PETA. Love the classic Illesteva frames? Fear not, the new specs, which retail for $260 each, still come in the brand's signature Albert or Franklin silhouettes.
