MOCA Director Jeffrey Deitch May Have The Wildest Pad We’ve Ever Seen

When it comes to fawning over interiors (which we do daily), it’s a no brainer that we look to our favorite art-world figures for inspiration. And a lot of them have provided us with a lot of ideas, in recent years. But, we can honestly say we’ve never seen a pad quite as vivid and awe-inducing as MOCA director Jeffrey Deitch’s L.A. spot.
We shouldn't be surprised, though — the prominent gallerist has been a mainstay in the modern-art world for some time, so it makes sense his place would be brimming with creative works and artsy relics. His home really takes it to a daring new level. We’re not sure whether it’s the salmon, toucan, and bear sofa by Gaetano Pesce that rests in his aptly named party room, or if it’s the Michel Gondry piano that renders a video of people around the globe playing the very same note, but something tells us this pad may be one of the wildest in our fair city. Check it out, and tell us what you think of the totally cray digs. Are you lusting after the saturated sofa? Hmm, maybe that’s just us. Check out the rest of the photos in all their glory here.
