Between holiday celebrations, family gatherings, and, ahem, Black Friday sales, the end of the year is, well, our favorite time of the year. But, nothing warms our hearts more in the cool winter months than the celebration and appreciation of do-gooders. This week, Out Magazine shared the love by continuing to unveil its list of the most influential people of the year. Stealing a few spots on the
OUT100
, one of the more diverse and compelling end-of-year lists (not to mention the one with the best photography), were a number of fashion industry insiders, including Hermès alum Antonio Azzuolo, Philip Crangi, and Francisco Costa.

Among the more interesting (if not unbelievable) anecdotes from the forthcoming issue is the tale of Joseph Altuzarra. An R29 favorite, Altuzarra dishes that he was "really nerdy and kind of unpopular in school" (Joseph, stop frontin'!), and found solace in the fashion industry. Jewelry king Philip Crangi landed another coveted spot on the list, and told Out that although he designs for both men and women, the customer in his mind is "always Charlotte Rampling."
Also on the sartorial list is shoe designer Alejandro Ingelmo, model, rocker, and jewelry designer Efva Attling, and perhaps one of the most influential people in fashion, CFDA pres Steven Kolb. Congrats to our fashion friends — who's the nerd now?
