Not to exaggerate, but we think we may have finally found our soul mate. Well, at least our accessories soul mate. You see, one look at Laura Vela's summer '13 lookbook tells us that the designer does not judge our obsession with handbags. In fact, she encourages it.

When we saw a lookbook with models clutching their goods lest anyone try to pull them from their grasps, we finally felt that we'd found some solidarity. At last, a designer who understands us and our natural reaction to chic clutches, totes, and crossbody bags. And trust, this transitional day-to-night, work-to-play collection has us thinking about swiping one (or three) of these bags from Vela's (only slightly intimidating) beauties.
