To get the look, line your lower lashline with an unexpected pop of teal-blue eyeshadow using an angled brush. For added glitz, trace over this line with glittery blue liquid liner. (Repeat this step until you’ve achieved your desired intensity.) Then, to define the shape of your eyes against the blue, rim your waterline in black eyeliner, and coat just your top lashes with mascara. Frame your look with perfectly defined brows, using a pencil and brow gel to add shape and sharpness. Contour under your cheekbones using foundation two shades darker than your natural skin tone, and highlight down the bridge of your nose and atop your cheeks with foundation two shades lighter than your natural skin tone. Finish with a generous application of pinkish lip stain.
