California native Loriann Smoak has followed her love of fashion to New York, Paris, Milan, and 20 countries in between. Finally settling in New York in 2011, she opened her boutique, Condor, to house all of her favorite brands and pieces. She says, "When I shop for the store, I'm shopping for myself."
