The Benjiman, aka the $100 Margarita is for high-rollers only, made with three types of extra anejo tequila including: Gran Patron Burdeos, Partida Elegante, Herradura Seleccion Suprema, Grand Marnier Cuvee du Cent Cinquantenaire, freshly squeezed Mexican lime juice, organic agave syrup, served with housemade lime sorbet ice cubes, and finished with Louis XIII Cognac, blood orange caviar, edible gold, and a rim full of Kosher salt on a silver platter with a stainless-steel straw.
