A True Blood Werewolf And Other Party Monsters At MAD METALBALL

We know Perez Hilton has given up bullying (admirable, but his website now lacks a certain je ne sais bitchiness), which is why we're going to have to momentarily step and tell Joe Manganiello to get single and fast. While we're kinda kidding, seeing True Blood werewolf Alcide in the flesh last night at the Museum of Art & Design's METALBALL made us wish his fiancée wasn't in the picture. Luckily, there were more than enough party monsters at the benefit (celebrating the museum's two-year anniversary) to distract us, with outfits that would definitely qualify as other-wordly on the HBO show. A pink satin suit, metallic blue shoes, a Princess Leia-ish get-up, and a ginger afro all gave a dramatically downtown spin to black-tie, not surprising considering the guest list included everyone from Hannelore Knuts, Waris Aluwhalia, and Jen Brill to Lorenzo Martone, Moby, and Chelsea Leyland. Now if only there had been a full moon....
