Before a gorgeous gal can land in the pages of a monthly or strut across the stage at New York Fashion Week, most of them must live through the all-important casting call — a task that is equally important, and as these photos prove, equally stunning. With the help of photographer Van Sarki, a Michigan-born, Kentucky-bred, NYU-alum shutterbug, we were able to get a glimpse at the fresh ladies who are currently working their way up the ranks.
