Well, we can add another new obsession to our ever-expanding East Bay roster. Only this time, our new fixation is in Grand Lake and comes in the form of a stylish new stop — a rare find in the East Bay. Oak Common is a new retail collective that sells cool brands like Minkpink, Alternative Apparel, and Cheap Monday in a rustic, woody-chic refuge.

Founded by David Yun and Jeffrey Probart, we can already tell that it will easily become one of our garb-grabbing go-tos.
