These Locally Made Flannels Have Us Feeling The NorCal Love

Springtime is making its entrance here in S.F., and that means we’re slowly coming out of our chunky-knit sweater hibernations, drinking more iced coffees, and making use of our city’s ample picnic-worthy park scene. Oh yeah, and we’re dying to get our hands on local flannel line Pladra’s new slew of shirts. While you may be thinking flannels and springtime don’t exactly add up, they happen to be perfect for all of the “adventurous” NorCal glamping getaways we have planned for the upcoming months!
Breezy 60-degree-weather notwithstanding, we’re really just looking for any excuse to add one of Pladra’s updated flannels to our collection. We happen to be of the mind-set that a solid flannel belongs in everyone’s basics arsenal, and with quirky outdoorsy scenes printed on the cuffs, collar, and back of all Pladra’s shirts, it’s a nice nod to our Northern California culture.
“With our new line, we built on our foundation and stepped it up a bit while maintaining the style and function of our durable clean and classic designs of our previous shirts,” says Pladra cofounder Ian Ernzer. Clean, classic, and made right here in S.F., these cozy and highly wearable threads are begging to be donned on your next adventure. Peep 'em after the jump!
