The nerve. A poorly-proofread real estate listing failed to mention that a $14 million home for sale on Sunset Boulevard was one of the remaining architectural works of the late Richard Neutra. Without giving any credit to one of the most influential modern architects, the advertisement also continued to suggest that potential buyers should bring their contractor and plan to build the home of their dreams from this "tear down." A Neutra home would be considered a collectible in most cases, so we're stretching our heads: Was this an intentional omission or just one big oversight? (L.A. Weekly)
