This week is a big one for San Francisco artist Rex Ray. The graphic-savvy fella, who already has a DODOcase design under his belt, is debuting two sets of six high-end decorative boxes and trays produced by Pacific Connections. The artsy sets, which will be carried by Gump's in S.F., and big museum gift shops in New York and Chicago, will retail from $135 to $362.50, depending on size.
Inspired by antique, hand-crafted boxes, the chic storage cases are the perfect fit for stashing CDs, stationary, and trinkets, and the tray they come on is perfect for serving up breakfast. Oh, and in addition to this launch, Rex is also on the addictive decor flash-sale site Fab.com now through tomorrow, October 26th, hawking a special collection of resin panels, home accessories, and richly patterned scarves, all at 30% off!
Plus: To add to the Rex Ray madness, we're giving one lucky reader a signed Rex Ray print for free! All you need to do is leave a comment below telling us why you need it in your life. May the best comment win!
