When you book your first big gig in Hollywood, you're handed an agent and some oversized shades — or, that's what we like to think. Even to us non-famous folk, wearing a pair of statement sunglasses feels like a luxury; it's like we're shielding ourselves from the nonexistent flash of a nonexistent camera.

One way or another, celebrities are forced to learn a thing or two about eyewear. They're either based in Tinseltown, where the sun (almost) always shines, and/or they just like to keep a low profile wherever they go. Inevitably, celebs develop preferences.
