We're not sure if it was the company's creative, entrepreneurial vibes or its innovative approach to charity, but we had a strong hunch that the TOMS HQ wouldn't disappoint. From the indoor slide to the dog park, the Westside office is just as delightfully quirky as you'd expect — and unlike any workspace you've ever seen before.
But, its digs aren't the only area in which the TOMS team has stepped up its game. Since starting the company in 2006, founder Blake Mycoskie has turned a charitable business into a near empire that's given over 10 million shoes to children in need. With the introduction of TOMS Eyewear in 2011, the brand has helped to restore sight for 175,000 people. Then, there's TOMS Roasting Company, a recently launched coffee line which donates a chunk of its profits to providing communities with clean water. And, did we mention his wife, Heather, founded the TOMS Animal Initiative over the summer?
We could keep on going. But, wouldn't you rather click through to meet the team behind everyone's most comfortable shoe and see the rad space where all the philanthropic (and fashionable!) magic happens?
