Topshop Is Going ’90s Metallic For Fall

Of all the makeup finishes out there, metallic tends to be the most challenging to wear casually during the daytime (unless it's the holidays, and then anything goes). It's just a lot of look. Topshop, however, seems to have cracked the metallic-makeup code with a fall collection that puts a metallic finish over moody '90s hues. The result? A line of products that's equal parts pretty and grungy — basically, everything we want our fall-beauty game to be.
