To get the look, apply a cactus-green cream shadow to your eyelid, blending in the crease, and use the same shadow along your lower lashline. Add a khaki-green shadow from the outside corner of the eye, and blend through the crease. With an angled brush, apply the same shade to the lower lashline about three-quarters of the way across. Pack on a sparkly light-green shadow from the lashline to the crease. Line the inner rim of the eye with an emerald-green liner. Follow up with two coats of mascara, and top it off with some individual eyelash extensions. Groom the brows with a brow gel. And, finish the look with a bright lip.
