If we had our way, we'd have a fan running 24/7 (directed toward our hair, of course). Call us indulgent, but the fact remains: Nothing beats the hair-meets-air, windblown look achieved when a breeze hits just right. And, it seems we're not alone in our admiration for this sultry style. When we spotted windswept updos at Tom Ford's spring '14 show, we were, yes, blown away.
