Last spring and this summer, girls all over Southern Cali were rocking what has been coined as the
ombre hair
. Blond at the bottom with roots intentionally coming in, this look was reminiscent of girls and dudes whose surf-soaked hair was bleached at the ends. We'd just gotten used to this celebrity-favored hair trend—everyone from Rose Byrne to Rachel Bilson have been rocking the do—but this image of Drew Barrymore made us wonder if it's gone too far.
