The latest victim of this tress trend is one of R29's favorite DJs, Chelsea Leyland, who sported head-turning purple tips at last week's party to celebrate Anna Dello Russo's appointment as Editor-at-Large of Macy's in-house line, INC. The NYC It Girl is certainly never scared to take risks fashion-wise, so we're not exactly surprised by her dye job.
