The abode of pie-making pro Teeny Lamothe was spotlighted over on Apartment Therapy recently, and we're crushing on Lamothe's quirky-meets-cute aesthetic. The avid baker and her beau, a content manager at PBS Kids, have cultivated a playful yet grown-up feel in their Woodley Park apartment.
As obsessed as we are with vintage finds, we know it can be tragically difficult to showcase collections without turning a space into a stuffy museum. But Lamothe and her boyfriend, adorable nesters that they are, have mastered the mixing of old, new, and DIY to keep things fun and fresh. Take note of the kitschy-cool Pez dispenser display, the coffeetable made from a wooden pallet, and the antique desk snatched up from a Boston sidewalk, which the residents aptly nicknamed John Adams.
