As much as we love seeing Meryl take the stage every few years, big names like hers aren't the only ones who get major recognition. Though a lot of people will complain that the Oscars are just a giant, phony, Illuminati-and-Scientology-run circus designed to one-up the top dogs instead of recognizing real talent, there are occasions when other, lesser-known folks get the love they dearly deserve on the big night.
