Amanda Seyfried Talks Costar Hookups, Dresses Like A Cowgirl In W

When she's not accidentally bringing weapons on airplanes, Amanda Seyfried is busy prepping for the release of the cowboy shoot-'em-up A Million Ways To Die In The West. This is as good a reason as any to dress the young actor up in bikinis and cowboy boots (also, spring is coming). So that's just what the editors of W did in a feature that not only shows Seyfried pouting in leather and Lycra before Craig McDeen's lens, but gives us a taste of her attitude toward on-camera canoodling.
“I met my first boyfriend on a soap opera,” she tells author Lynn Hirschberg. “We kissed for the first time on the show. It was like a fairy tale." Seyfried continues by touching on what everyone knows about on-screen romantic pairings, but never wants to discuss. "When you’re young," she says, "it’s hard not to get together with your costar. It’s not always the greatest idea, but the experience of making a television show or a movie is so intimate and romantic." True! Though our idea of intimate romance doesn't involve gaffers and cameramen (usually), we get that locking lips with good-looking men in your age bracket would be...interesting. "Sex scenes are great," she continues. "A lot of my costars have been sexy guys my age who are really respectful and cool. So, why not? I’m not going to pretend it’s not fun.” Sounds like Seyfried lives it up, and we can't say that we blame her.
