Ashlee Simpson’s Wedding Look Was Perfectly Boho-Chic

Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson were married way back in September of 2014, but they're just now getting around to showing off the full wedding album. (Don't even ask about the progress they're making with the thank-you cards.)

Ross, who is expecting his first child with Simpson any day now, made up for lost time by sharing several wedding snaps on Instagram this week. The Greenwich, CT, ceremony — held at the estate of Diana Ross, a.k.a. the mother of the groom — was charming in its details: lush greenery, hurricane lamps, twinkling lights, and ribbons hanging overhead from chandeliers.

Simpson's two dresses — yes, two — stayed true to the boho, May Day-esque theme. For the rehearsal dinner, she wore a backless, crocheted number with plenty of sex appeal, while Ross loosened up sans socks. Then, for the ceremony, Ashlee wowed in a long-sleeved lace crop top paired with a matching skirt and lengthy train, a custom design from Houghton Bride.
