September is a work hard, play hard kind of month. With the sun in diligent Virgo until the 23rd, we’ll have no trouble getting our lives back into an orderly groove. While Labor Day extends summer vibes for a week, the solar eclipse in Virgo on the 13th will make sure we get back to business before September’s through. Green is the new black while Virgo rules the skies, so bring on the healthy fare and sensible purchasing decisions. And when it comes to our careers, we’ll be ready to “think different” on September 17, when taskmaster Saturn moves into enterprising Sagittarius until December 19, 2017. This is a golden era for entrepreneurs, media makers, educators, and anyone in the travel industry. But don’t expect overnight results. Saturn demands sweat equity. This also means that Saturn is officially wrapping up a ROUGH three-year tour of sexy, intense Scorpio that began back in October 2012. While we’re coming through with “female Viagra” being legalized — not to mention a can’t-turn-away Ashley Madison leak — here’s hoping we’ll get some relief from all that Saturn in Scorpio subterfuge.
Speaking of love, there will be some highs in September. On the 1st, cosmic lovebirds Mars and Venus make a direct connection in passionate Leo. Meow! They’ll stick together in the celestial smush room until the 24th, too, and their combined powers can really open our hearts. Since Venus is retrograde until September 6, you could relive a nostalgic moment or clear the air on some brewing drama early in the month. On the 23rd, the sun blazes into loving Libra for a month, intensifying our urge to merge. But there IS a hitch: Mercury will be retrograde in Libra from September 17 to October 9, making the sea of love a bit choppy. Exes could make unceremonious returns and lovers’ quarrels will be hard to avoid. Try not to make any sudden moves, stargazers! September’s second eclipse comes on the 27th and is a lunar (full moon) eclipse in Aries. This is the day to strut our stuff! As the third (and final) in a series of Aries lunar eclipses, we could really manifest rewards for our personal development of the past two years.
