Where we spotted her: In Wicker Park.
Why we love her: First of all, Eider chose Chicago as her vacation spot, she's visiting our frosty streets from Barcelona. Well done. But we also love the gorgeous way Eider pulls off a bohemian-inspired look in winter. She's jumped at the chance to add color by donning a bright tight, and it appears women all over the world love voluminous coats and a great bootie. Staying warm never looked so hot!
