This Tuesday, Chicago's Hotel Palomar turns one, and the birthday celebration is getting creative. For the last year, the Hotel Palomar has been our upscale port in a downtown storm, and we're grateful. Come to an art salon featuring the work of Chicago artists Justus Roe and Darrell Roberts. The salon, titled "Sleeping With the Artist," includes complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres. Enter a raffle giving you a shot at hotel stays and chances to dine at Sable Kitchen & Bar, which is just downstairs (and where you can probably find us afterward).
