If the name Ari Bendersky sounds familiar to you, it's probably because you read the food and wine aficionado's work when he was the editor of Eater Chicago. While Bendersky left late last year to become the director of content for Abe's Market, an online marketplace of natural, artisan goodies, he certainly hasn't been resting his editorial chops. In fact, his recent side project will have you licking yours.
The Chicago foodie just completed a book entitled 1,000 Food and Art Styling Ideas, which is literally a collection of yummy food snaps submitted from chefs, bloggers, and real people from all over the globe. Bendersky used his sharp eye to select the best of the best and proceeded to categorize them into various chapters like land, sea, chill, and wet. The book's intention is to inspire the way you think about food presentation and plating, so with the holidays right around the corner, there's never been a better time to pick up a copy.
The book retails for $25.90 on Amazon and will ship out starting November 1.
