Easy and comfortable shoes are a must for summer — day-long beach excursions are no place for a stiletto heel. And, while boat shoes are always a classic, their ubiquity can put a damper on your fun in the sun. Luckily, we've discovered BucketFeet, the so-cute line of sneakers that come in all sorts of colors and patterns, so you can show off your unique taste. The kicks company is also on a mission for good: They provide resources, distribution, and exposure for artists around the world, so that they can connect with you, the consumer. The line was inspired by an art project in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro that illustrated how art can connect people from all walks of life.

The best part? BucketFeet will be throwing a trunk show in our fair city this coming Saturday. You'll have a chance to browse the collection, sip on free drinks, and get inspired by wanderlust co-founders Aaron Firestein and Raaja Nemani (the pair met while backpacking around the world). We recommend scooping up the shoes in several colors — it's for a good cause, after all!
