Now THIS Is How To Have A Maine Wedding

Considering Morgan and Drew Cronin met at a mutual friend's wedding, their big day kind of brought them full circle. The interior designer and the organizational psychology doctorate student chose the picturesque French's Point estate in Maine for their nuptials, where the entire wedding party (along with a few close friends and family) stayed together in the Beach Rose Farm House and an adjacent cottage. For decorations, the two decided to skip a theme, instead focusing on how they wanted the day to feel — like a giant, fun celebration."Basically," Morgan said, "anything we came across during the planning phase that made us laugh, we went with!" The result? A confetti- and balloon-filled day with lots of laughter and dancing.
Post-wedding, the duo is now cozily settled in Chicago where Drew is finishing up his PhD. "We just brought a fur baby into our home (a Bernese mountain dog puppy) and couldn't be more happy with our little family," said Morgan. Ahead, the two let us peek their dream coastal wedding and gave us tips on how the spirited bash came together.
