We know you needed something else to care about today, and nothing is more Chicago than chef drama. As we mentioned less than a month ago, chef Brandon Baltzley was hired as executive chef by Pensiero, a classic Chicago spot in need of some new blood. What they got instead was bad blood—Baltzley (and his sous chef) recently announced via Twitter that he has left the restaurant.
