With startling statistics like the discovery of a chemical in Subway's bread, eating healthfully is becoming increasingly difficult in today's super-sized, sodium-laden, and artificial world. But, if you prefer to bury your head in the sand (or a pile of mashed potatoes) instead of facing the facts, this article from Shape might change your mind.
