We know you just consumed a carb-loaded Easter (us, too!), but we've got news that's on the rise like a yeasty ball of dough. Stephanie Izard is bringing Little Goat Bread to the Chicago French Market come May — which is especially big news for those who have yet to visit Izard's recently opened West Loop outpost.
Whether you're a commuter at the Ogilvie Transportation Center, a local resident, or are simply looking for a new place to have lunch in the Loop (Izard's target market), Little Goat Bread will keep you fueled via beans (a.k.a. freshly roasted Stumptown drip coffee), baguettes, soups, bagels, sandwiches (shrimp and grumpy goat grits, anyone?), and pastries. So, stay tuned and sorry to mess up your bikini diet plan. Let's just say we're suckers for the, um, upper crust.
