What’s The Deal With “Plastic Surgery” Beauty Products?

At one point or another, almost everyone has wished to change his or her body in some way. A tighter tummy? Bigger breasts? A more defined jaw? Plastic surgeons are medical artists who lift, firm, and sculpt bodies until they’re as close to your desired aesthetic as possible, but at a high — and sometimes dangerous — cost.

When you boil it down, no one needs plastic surgery, but if it makes you feel better about yourself, then it’s your decision and no one else’s. For anyone not willing to take the plunge, beauty companies have identified that market, too, and created products with names like “Boob Job,” “Tummy Tuck,” and “FatGirlSixPack,” which all promise to give you similar-ish results as going under the knife. But, do they deliver? It's a question we get asked all the time, so we figured it was high time to put these too-good-to-be-true-sounding products to the test.

Of course, there isn’t a beauty product on the market that will ever give you the same kind of results that plastic surgery will give you, but there are a few good ones out there that will certainly give you a noticeable difference.
