Be A Last-Minute Lush At This Saucy Soirée

2-Boarding house
Ever since The Boarding House opened its doors in December, we've been flocking in for regular doses of house-made tagliolini, oysters on the half shell, and heck, a good ol' hunk of cheese. Of course, our cravings were not consumed without a glass or two of vino to wash it all down, and with the wine pairings placed right on the menu, finding the perfect match couldn't be easier — or could it?
Tonight (Tuesday, March 19), Alpana Singh, owner and master sommelier of the Chicago hot spot, will host another addition of her monthly wine event series from 6 to 8 p.m., with a "spring fling" theme in mind. Taking place in the restaurant's super-cozy downstairs cellar lounge, you'll will get the opportunity to taste 10 of Singh's hand-selected wines to enjoy along with tasty apps whipped up by executive chef Christian Gosselin.
