On the second Saturday of every month, a superbly magical event occurs beyond Biscayne’s glistening shores, one filled with color, culture and, dare we say, multiple open bars (cheers, art junkies). But for the next Art Walk, coming Saturday, June 9th, The District Factory, along with Miami fashion goddess Annie C. Vasquez, adds a culinary element to the festivities.
Aiming to once again satisfy our appetites for fresh new fashion and art, The District Factory introduces us to emerging designers and artists like Carol Adrianza, who are keeping Miami at the forefront of the fashion world (scared yet, New York?). And while this fresh summer mix of fashion and art would be totally satisfying on any normal Gallery Walk eve, this upcoming one serves up some punchy Vietnamese cooking.

The cleverly named Phuc Yea! pop-up eatery will be making a cameo appearance at this weekend’s Gallery Walk, and will be serving up some of their tops, like Mamma T’s Cha Gio with Nuoc Cham and Gangsta Banh Mi with traditional fixins...all for $6! And if you’re worried about washing it all down, have no fear. The Factory will be serving up Société Perrier-infused cocktails while The Federal Food, Drink and Provisions will be pouring craft beers from their luscious beer garden. For tunes, DJ I.A.N. will be spinning and O Cinema will be featuring a “Factory Flick” for the utter enjoyment of The District’s guests.
So if you haven’t cleared your agenda for June 9th, we suggest you get to it as soon as possible, because this Art Walk is sure to be one for the books.
When: Saturday, June 9 from 7 to 10 p.m.
Where: The District Factory, 3900 NE 1st Avenue.
